1. Our intent
Little Bird Studio is a professional image editing tool for creators, marketers, and social teams. We want it to be useful, safe, and lawful. This policy explains the conduct we do not allow.
2. Prohibited content and uses
You must not use the Service to create, edit, upload, or distribute:
- Content that is illegal, fraudulent, or intended to facilitate a crime.
- Child sexual abuse material, or any sexual content involving minors.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, or content that sexualises a real person without consent.
- Deepfakes, impersonation, or misleading content that falsely implies a real person said or did something.
- Content that harasses, threatens, defames, or incites violence or hatred against a person or group.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.
- Celebrity or public-figure likeness used for endorsement, advertising, or deceptive purposes without permission.
- Weapons, instructions for harm, self-harm promotion, or content that exploits minors.
- Malware, phishing, spam, or attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service.
- Reselling, scraping, or providing access to the Service or our API without written permission.
3. Your responsibilities
You must have the rights needed to upload and edit each image, including rights to any people, products, logos, artwork, or text shown in it. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for complying with the rules of the platforms where you publish them.
4. Moderation and enforcement
We may block prompts, refuse processing, remove content, or suspend accounts that breach this policy. We may also report unlawful content to the appropriate authorities. Because AI systems are imperfect, we do not guarantee that every prohibited request will be detected.
