Every generation uses one edit. Failed edits are returned automatically.
Do I need an account?
Yes. An account lets us hold your free edits, keep your recent jobs, and protect the service from abuse. Email and password is all we need.
What counts as one edit?
One generation. If a generation fails before producing a result, the edit is returned to your balance automatically. Starting a new version uses another edit.
What can I upload?
JPG, PNG, or WebP. Inputs can be up to 3072 px on the longest edge; outputs can go up to 4096 px. Very small images are scaled up to the model’s minimum.
Can I download a transparent PNG?
No. The current model produces opaque images, so backgrounds are cleaned to a solid studio colour (white, paper, sand, or ink) rather than removed to transparency. We’d rather say that clearly than surprise you at export.
Is high-res a lossless upscale?
No. High-res render asks the model to re-render the image at a larger size with natural detail. It is a new render, not a pixel-perfect enlargement, so review fine text and product details before publishing.
How long are my files stored?
We do not store original images or generated outputs on our servers. Our AI provider retains media for up to 7 days, so download anything you want to keep. Job details and prompts are kept for up to 12 months.
Can I use outputs commercially?
You keep your rights in your uploads. Commercial use depends on the rights you hold in the source image and the provider’s terms. Read the Terms and Acceptable Use Policy before publishing.
Do you train on my images?
No. We do not train our own models on your images. Images are sent to our AI provider only to produce the edit you requested.
